These Terms govern the relationship between Tuncan Technology & Consulting DOO ("Corvin", "Viaworks", "we") and anyone who uses the corvinhub.com website ("you"). By using the site, you accept these Terms.

These Terms cover this website only. Use of the Corvin product itself is governed by a separate agreement made when you subscribe.

corvinhub.com describes the Corvin product and lets you ask for a demonstration. Prices and product descriptions shown here are provided in good faith for information, and are not a binding offer.

You agree not to submit unlawful content; not to misuse, disrupt or attack the site, its infrastructure or its security; not to attempt to bypass the protections on the contact form; and not to infringe the rights of others.

You are responsible for what you put in the contact form. Please send only what is needed to arrange a conversation, and do not include sensitive personal data or anyone else's confidential information. How we handle what you send is set out in the Privacy Policy.

All content on this site, including the Corvin name and mark, the interface, design, text and software, belongs to Tuncan Technology & Consulting DOO or its licensors, and may not be copied, distributed or adapted without permission.

Parts of the site rely on third-party services, listed on the Sub-processors page. Those providers' own terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for the content of any external site we link to.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

We may restrict or block access that breaches these Terms, without prior notice where that is appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the law of Montenegro, and the competent courts are those of Podgorica. Mandatory consumer-protection rights, and the forums available to consumers, are unaffected.
