When you submit the contact form on corvinhub.com, we collect: your first name, last name, email address, organisation name, role, and message. This data is stored securely in Google Firestore.
We also collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager) including pages visited, session duration, and referring source. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.
We use CookieYes to manage cookie consent. A consent cookie is stored in your browser to record your preferences.
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use our website and to improve it.
Contact form messages are retained for up to 2 years, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months). You may request deletion of your contact data at any time.
